ABOUT HERTS DANCE

Angela began her dance journey in South Africa, growing up in the dance studio and experincing the magic that dance training and a community in dance has to offer.

It was always her dream to create a space as inspiring and full of joy as the one she experienced, and so in 2022 Herts Dance began.

​

Our children's classes focus on building solid and beautiful dance technique; while also nurturing our dancers to achieve their best, build fundamental skills and create memories and friendships that will last a lifetime. 

​

For adults, we truly believe the mental and physical benefits dance brings through regular practise and have created a community of people who love to dance.

​

Throughout her dancing years Angela successfully completed advanced levels of ballet examinations and has achieved numerous gold medals for the American Academy of Ballet Performance Awards while training in contemporary, modern jazz and ballroom to name a few. 

​

She then went on to become a professional dance teacher, qualifying with world renowned organisations such as the Royal Academy of Dance and the ISTD.
